Customer Service Rep/ Sales Assistant
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Perform clerical and administrative support duties for a sales office or department. Assist Sales Rep to reach their goals and service customers under their sales number.
Market and sell products and/or services for an organization. Develop relationships with new and existing customers and provide information to maximize sales volume.
Provide customers product or services information to assist them in determining appropriate merchandise to purchase. Recommend additional products or services to meet customer needs, May arrange special orders, delivery or installation. May conduct cashier transaction or restock merchandise if needed.
